Enter Stock Transfer - Backorder

Use this option if you want to link an item line to be transferred to outstanding customer backorders. You can use it to post a single stock transfer line to a number of different backorders.

  1. Display the Enter Stock Transfer screen.

Refer to "Entering Stock Transfer Lines".

  1. Select BACKORDER.

Micronet displays the Select Back Order to Link To screen showing all backorders for the item.

This dialogue displays the following fields:

Qty Received

Micronet displays the quantity of the item received into stock.

 

Qty Allocated

Micronet displays the quantity of the item currently allocated to backorders. This field is updated as you allocate quantities of the item using the steps below.
  1. To allocate the stock transfer line to a backorder, double click on a backorder or select a backorder and press Enter.

Micronet displays the Enter Quantity to Allocate screen.

  1. In the Allocate Now field, enter the quantity of the transfer to allocate to the selected backorder and then select the Accept button.

Micronet redisplays the Select Back Order to Link To screen with the Qty Allocated field.

  1. Repeat the steps above to perform further allocations.
  2. When you have finished allocating items, select the Ok button.

Micronet redisplays the Enter Stock Transfer screen.
